Streamlabs can't hear media source

WebStreamlabs OBS does think that the sound coming from my Streaming PC is actually my gaming PC so I can hear alerts. I have gone into the advanced audio settings and turned on Monitor and Output for the media source, but you can hear some crackle. Is there another way to tell this media source to use a specific path perhaps?
